Perukala Marunthu Podi / பேருகல மருந்து பொடி 100g

Ingredient:

Omam, Chittarattai, Desavaram, Sathakuppai, Sukku Thippili, Val Mulaigu, Pepper, White Pepper, Atimadhuram, Akkirakaram, Paal Perungayam, Black cumin, Cumin, Virali Manjal, Satavari & Mustard.

Preparation Method:

Heat Gingelly Oil in a pan.

Add mustard seeds, Urad Dal, small onion, tomato, garlic and saute well.

Mix in 2 spoon of Hema's Kitchen Foods Perugala Marundhu Podi

and a little salt.

Cook for 7 to 10 minutes.

Now Marundhu Kuzhamb is ready!
