Chicken Masala / சிக்கன் மசாலா

 Ingredient :

Coriander, Dry Red Chilli, Saunf, Cumin, Pepper, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Mace, Clove, Cardamom, Kapok Buds, Stone Flower, Bay Leaf, Salt, Rice, Kashmiri Chilli.

Preparation Method : 

Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices, then sauté onions and tomatoes. Stir in ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, and chicken. Add salt and 2 spoon Hema’s Kitchen Foods Chicken Masala (for ½ kg chicken) and cook until the oil separates. Garnish with coriander leaves. Your tasty chicken masala gravy is ready now.
