Vatha Kulambu Podi / வத்த குழம்பு பொடி 100g

Ingredient: Coriander, Dry Chilli, Pepper, Cumin, Fenugreek, Mustard, Channa Dal, Toor
Dal, Asafoetida, Turmeric and Kashmiri Chilli.

Preparation Method: 

Heat gingelly oil in a pan

and add mustard seeds, onion, garlic and tomatoes, saute well.

Add the required vegetables of your choice.

Add Hema's Kitchen vatha kuzhambu powder and turmeric powder.

Once the ingredients are well roasted in oil,

add a glass of water and bring it to a boil.

After it starts boiling add tamarind extract

and more water if needed. Let it simmer until it thickens,

then turn off the heat.
